A relaxing beach paradise with private pool & jacuzzi is centrally located in New Smyrna Beach. One block away from the beach and just 6 minute drive to Flagler Ave. Hear the ocean from the pool area while sitting by the fire pit. Spacious pool deck for eating and entertaining. Bring your boat for fishing or cruise the intercoastal and watch the dolphins. We are pet friendly upon request but do charge a pet fee. Onsite parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Trailer accommodations available.

Do not turn off water faucet by outside shower, it feeds the automatic pool filler.
Please conserve electricity to keep rates affordable.

We are Jimmy and Misty. Both Florida natives and live local. We will be your host throughout your stay. The property is family owned by Jimmy and his family. When this property is not rented we enjoy staying here with friends and family. New Smyrna Beach is our desired final place to reside. When in the area we enjoy going to the beach and boating on the intercoastal.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Just a short walk to the beach and only five minutes to some of the best restaurants in the area. The private back yard with pool, grill, fire pit and hot tub makes for a nice relaxing stay with friends and family. New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest city in the state of Florida. It is a quaint beach town with many locally owned restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

The backyard sold us on this house. It is like living in your very own mini private resort. It is just the right amount of space to enjoy the beautiful weather Florida has to offer year round. You can hear the ocean from the back porch. Morning ocean sunrises are just a short walk away.
