Perfect spot!

Perfect location for our getaway with friends! We had a fabulous time and had plenty of room for our group! Loved the back porch and being steps to the beach! The gameroom was a hit! Management was very attentive! We’ll be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Major problems with this house. Need major repairs to back porch and upstairs flooring. Kitchen appliances and cookware needs to be updated. Needs new washing machine etc

Right On The Beach

We all absolutely loved this house. You step off the deck stairs right onto the sand/beach. The house fit all of our needs and we had plenty of space. The view was amazing. The peninsula had everything we needed like lots of restaurants and The Big Store. There were a few things on the house that needed repairs - mainly the deck. But nothing that kept us from enjoying it. The Cobb management was irritating. When I arrived she was rude and said I hadn’t filled out the contract and they had tried to contact me multiple times. I looked and my call log AND my email and had not been contacted by them once. I had the original email that confirmed my reservation but nothing else. I tried to show her but she didn’t care and continued insisting they had. Plus I had conversed through VRBO multiple times and not once did they mention a contract. Another lady there was very nice (I think trying to make up for the other lady’s rudeness). Other than that at check-in, we loved the house and the area and would love to rent it again.
