From the moment you step through the door, you`ll be greeted by breathtaking, panoramic views of the mountains. Before unpacking, pour yourself a drink & take it all in from the comfort of your elegantly decorated, 5-star condo. Steps away from the best golf course in Radium (The Springs), and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks for the kids.
P.S... if you need extra space, there`s another pet-friendly condo across the hall (the Sable Forestside) that can add another 6 guests.
YOU`LL LOVE... - Two tastefully decorated bedrooms plus a den with 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed.) - Private patio with outdoor seating, mountain/pool views and a BBQ (propane`s on us!) - Full kitchen and two bathrooms stocked with essentials - Access to the complex`s seasonal outdoor pool (open May to September long weekend) and year-round hot tub.
LIVING ROOM The living room features a 43` smart TV that is Internet-enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie. The couch is a queen sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping space.
BEDROOMS Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

KITCHEN This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.
Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - BBQ tongs - Complete set of knives - Coffee maker - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.
Included Consumables: - Coffee, tea and sugar - Salt and pepper - Ketchup, mustard, and relish - Dishwasher tabs - Paper towel.
DEN Set up as a dedicated office with a love seat. We know how working remotely has become so important, so we wanted to give our guests a great place to catch up on some emails or host a Zoom meeting.
PATIO Unobstructed beautiful mountain views facing north. You will truly fall in love with the valley from this patio. The propane grill will work great all year!
LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer located in the closet of the common bathroom available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium Hot Springs offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax, look no further!
You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.
3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

This unit was absolutely wonderful!! We will be staying again. The communication with the owners was amazing!! The response time was always within a couple minutes. I felt very cared for. It was an excellent stay!! The unit was quiet and comfortable. I have no complaints. If you’re planning on coming to Radium I would absolutely recommend staying here.
Easy to find location, clean and well stocked kitchen. Warm gas fireplace, easy access hot tub. Comfortable beds. Good communication with check in/out. Cozy and worked perfectly for our party of 5.
Underground secure parking was a great perk. Communication with property managers was exceptional. Bed were very comfortable, perfect suite for our stay.Would definitely book again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for manager property and her creative problem-solving. When we arrived to find our original unit occupied, she acted quickly. She found us an incredible alternative—a beautiful, private house—that has turned our weekend into a 'dream come true' for my family. We are so grateful for her help and excellent service.
The condo was exactly as shown and described The kitchen had everything you would need. Great view and ample parking. Definitely a place we would stay in again.
This property was very comfortable in many ways. It’s great to have a pool and 2 hot tubs. Bed is comfortable which is important. The grounds and area are very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. The suite is the cleanest I’ve seen in years! Easy check in and communication was prompt when needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
