The villa is beautifully decorated with a living/dining room opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer in the back kitchen).

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms:
o Bedroom 1: 180x200 cm (2 single beds) with a shower room and toilet
o Bedroom 2: 180x200 cm (2 single beds) with a shower room and toilet
o Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm
o Bedroom 4: 160x200 cm

A shower room is shared with bedrooms 3 and 4.
A guest toilet is available.

The villa is connected to Wi-Fi (fiber) and is fully air-conditioned.

EXTERIOR
The villa has a pleasant, fully landscaped exterior. The swimming pool measures 9 x 3.6 m and is heated and secured by an alarm.
The garden is fully fenced.
A pétanque court, two parasols, four sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor lounge are available for your relaxation.

The villa is located in a recent residence; some finishing touches are currently being made to neighboring villas. Peace and quiet are guaranteed from July 15th to August 31st.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
