Modern Spacious 2BR w/ King Bed & Private Patio (So CLT)

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located townhome in a quiet community. The location is in South Charlotte, between Ballantyne/Pineville/Matthews. It is ideal for work travelers, visiting family, or just enjoying what our great city has to offer. Lots to do in the area, including McMullen Creek Greenway across the street with miles of walking/running/biking, and has great restaurants & shopping within walking distance.

The Location:
Our place is convenient to highways for getting around the city. Less than 20 minutes to the airport,15 minutes to "uptown" center city Charlotte, 10 minutes to Pineville, Southpark, Matthews, and 5 minutes to Ballantyne. This is a suburban area, most will travel by car. There are two shopping centers with restaurants, grocery stores, and various shops with 5-10 minute walks in each direction. Uber and Lyft are also readily available 24/7. Meals can be delivered by Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Grubhub from countlaess nearby great eats.

The Space:
The full townhome is available for guest use. It is a two story home. The master suite takes up the entire second floor with an attached full bathroom and an open floor plan to the stairway. The second bedroom is downstairs with another full bathroom nearby. The home has a well-appointed kitchen with stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Also on the main floor is a dining room with 6 person table, and an outdoor patio with comfortable seating and a large umbrella. Also in the unit is a washer/dryer combo. The community features a shared pool, just steps from the back patio (currently closed for the season).

Guest Access:
Guests will have use of the entire townhome. First floor has kitchen, dining room, great room, bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs has the master bedroom and bathroom. We also have a furnished patio with seating for 6, and a gas grill. Guests may also use the community pool at no charge, a 30 second walk from the patio (available between Memorial Day and Labor Day).

Other Things to Note:
There are two designated parking spots a few steps from the front door, and ample guest parking is also very close by. The fireplace seen in pictures is strictly decorative and is not for use. The pool is now closed for the season and will re-open in the summer. Overnight guests must be 25 years or older, or legal dependents of the responsible parties, per our insurance requirements. There are two exterior cameras on-site for the security of our guests, similar to Ring doorbells. They are both active and record video and sound when triggered by motion or noise. One is at the entrance and facing the front door. The second is on the patio and covers the back entrance. There are no cameras inside. We only review this exterior footage when there is a safety issue or if house rules are broken. Your privacy and safety are what’s most important to us.

This was a beautiful townhouse and was perfect for our stay in Charlotte. Very comfortable for 3 adults and 1 kiddo. It was clean and well stocked for all our needs. Only issue is they should have bathmats in the tub as they were slippery. Loved our stay!!

Perfect Spot

We were moving and needed an inbetween home before we could access our new house. The place was absolutely perfect for our 3 person crew. The loft style bedroom upstairs is very comfortable. The owner even had some snacks and drinks which we all appreciated and enjoyed.

Stephanie's home was spacious, clean, and matched what we were looking for. We used her apartment to check a couple of places near Charlotte, South Carolina and to visit to Cherokee, Ashville and Myrtle Beach. The house was quite comfortable and the location was perfect. Nice visit in Charlotte

Cameron Wood was a lovely and convenient stay for my mother and I, as we visited relatives in Charlotte. The townhome is nicely decorated and has plenty of, and easy to use, space. It was spotlessly clean and very welcoming upon our arrival. The bedrooms are quite pretty and the beds are very comfortable. The host, Ben, communicated well, was responsive, and very kind. The setting of the townhome was attractive, with lots of greenery, and is easy to access. We did not use the patio, but it looked very nice. We would definitely plan to rent again on a return visit, thank you for a great stay!!

Our goal with this space is to provide an exceptionally comfortable home for our guests to call their own while they stay in our great city. It's best for couples or small families, groups of friends, or business travelers that want dedicated space to relax, feel entertained, an recharge. Take a swim in the community pool or lounge on our private patio under a giant umbrella with a beer or glass of wine while you grill dinner.

We provide a well appointed kitchen gear including plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee/tea, starter snacks and soft drinks. We also provide all both towels (including pool towels), soaps and shampoo/conditioner, multiple sets of bed linens, cozy blankets, washer/dryer, iron with board, games, puzzles, and books. There is a 65" Samsung Smart TV in the main living room and a 42" Samsung Smart TV in the primary bedroom upstairs. We also include fast Wireless Internet at speeds of 250 Mbps downloads for more than enough bandwidth for multiple TV streams and Internet browsing. Just show up with some clothes and we've got you covered for a home away from home.

We love this place for its location, location, location. Super convenient to all the great things South Charlotte has to offer. This townhome also has room to relax comfortably in a private and quiet upscale community, with community pool and private patio. It also allows for sleeping arrangements that are nicely separated from each other, each with their own bathroom.
