Former silkworm farm of more than 2 centuries, nestled in a quiet and peaceful hamlet (please preserve the tranquility of the place by making sure not to make any noise after 11 p.m.).
Exceptional view of the Cévennes National Park from all rooms, facing south.
Suspended terrace of nearly 30 m2, shaded terraces and terraced gardens. On the ground floor, a summer kitchen.
Renovated with respect for its authenticity (fireplace, exposed beams, cement tiles, stone walls).
Ideally located 10 minutes from Anduze, the Bambouseraie, the Gardon and 15 minutes from the train station of Alès. Many hiking trails are accessible from the house, including a beautiful waterfall a 15-minute walk away.
The house has 3 family suites, each with its own bathroom + 1 independent studio with 3 beds, shower, toilet and kitchenette.
Possibility to rent 2 nights from September to June.
In July/August, rentals are made by the week
