Le Gîte de Pery - LACOMBE

In the heart of the Montagne Noire, just a few minutes from the lakes and surrounded by meadows and forests, the Gîte de Pery is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. This cosy cottage offers a peaceful setting for a stay with family or friends, combining relaxation with exploration. Located in a hamlet 2 km from the village of Lacombe, in the Aude department, the cottage is set in a preserved natural environment typical of the Montagne Noire. This region is prized for its forested landscapes, gentle hills, and numerous lakes perfect for relaxation. Nearby, you can explore Lake La Galaube, just a few minutes away, as well as Lakes Lampy and Laprade, which offer magnificent areas for walking and recreation. The famous City of Carcassonne, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also about 30 minutes away. The area is particularly well-suited for nature-focused getaways: hiking in the Montagne Noire, mountain biking trails, and forest walks; leisurely strolls and relaxation around the lakes of La Galaube, Lampy, and Laprade; and fishing and water sports, depending on the location. An ideal setting to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. This cottage, attached to a residence, is laid out over two levels: On the ground floor: _A fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, standard coffee maker, washing machine), with a dining area, _A living room with a TV and a decorative fireplace, Upstairs: _A bedroom with a 140-cm bed, _A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, _A connecting bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a cot, leading to the third bedroom with a 140-cm bed. A garden in front of the cottage with patio furniture. Bath towels are not provided. Electric heating is available at an additional cost.
