The main living room features vaulted ceilings with skylights, ample seating, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the deck. There is a second living room area perfect for guests to unwind and share their adventures. This is an open concept home with the living room opening to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 6. This home is perfect for families or multiple families traveling together.

This home has a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a flat screen TV and looks out over the main living room and dining area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a futon that can be pulled out into a full sized bed or the room can be used as an office for those working remotely.

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
