Beautiful single-family home. 5 minutes from Apollo Beach, and E.G. Simmons regional park, a campground which is a nice place to bring your RV, Boats or go kayaking 20 minutes from Tampa Bay. Nice place to vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Ruskin, FL. Not to mention beautiful relaxing spa resort like backyard with Pergola, hammock and a place to bring your screen protector to have movie night in the back yard.
