The best sunsets are at Little Harbor on Bahia Beach. Our well appointed townhome faces west and is beautifully furnished. It features new table & dining chairs, new sofa & love seat, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, cable, internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. The main bedroom has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. Plus we have a queen air mattress available and a pack n play.

The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds.

The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. There are two restaurants, plus the community offers a private beach, heated pool, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, playground, boating, and 2 marinas with slips.

Golf cart available for an additional fee through the owner or other sources and is not included in the rent.

Amazing property

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. From the adorable decorations on the inside to the amazing comfortable beds! We were also impressed with how many items the place had that you need for every day vacation living! The kitchen was stocked with utensils, baking wear, and more just like at home! I got up every morning and was able to make us real meals. We will definitely be coming back to this place for another family vacation!

Beautiful Location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. A beautiful home, water view, manatees feeding in the inlet, and we were minutes away from fishing, pool, beach area etc. We will be back!

Great home, confusing neighborhood

The actual townhome was lovely – really well kept, nice finishes and plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had what we needed to make a quick dinner and a couple breakfasts, and the balconies off the living space bedrooms were really nice. Note though that it is a 3-story townhome (the first floor is a garage) so you're met with a lot of steps. My only reason for removing 1 star was that it was pretty confusing getting around the property. There are "no parking, violators will be towed" signs everywhere, and it's not really clear what's considered part of the property vs private spaces owned by other buildings, so I was never sure where it was OK to park. With small kids and older parents with me, the walk to the beach and pool were a bit too far to walk, so this parking issue came up a lot.The facilities at the beach were confusing as well. Maybe it was the time of year, but the bathrooms at what I guess is the beach club were closed. The beach itself was great – soft sand and gentle waves and shallow for a good long ways, great for younger kids.Overall, would highly recommend this rental for maybe a couples getaway (plenty of space to spread out!) but with less-mobile guests, having to drive to to the beach and pool was a little tedious.

The property is terrific. The house is comfortable and the layout is great. The kitchen had every appliance and dish needed to make a meal. As advertised, we got to see manatees and walk to the beach. Loved it.

The perfect family getaway in Ruskin, Florida!

Our family vacation at this incredible townhouse, was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the thoughtful details, and unbeatable comfort that this property offered.The townhouse was immaculate, with a decor that made us feel right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals together with ease.The location was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful spot, the townhouse was just minutes from the beach. We loved spending our mornings exploring the area. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They truly made us feel like VIPs. Great condo. Very clean. Nice location. Great, friendly restaurant near by. Ease of use and communications. Only downfall was no TP upon arrival and master bedroom’s a/c wasn’t working well. Owner was to have it repaired. Overall good experience.

We loved everything about this beautiful home. It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family and many extra amenities: extra beach towels, mini fans in each room, a mini cooler for the beach, bikes, beach chairs, blow up mattress, extra blankets and sheets as needed. Beautiful home, great views, a relaxing place

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home on this property. It was very relaxing and the beach truly is just a short walk away. An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. Julie was excellent in communicating with. I'll definitely choose this home again should I ever go back to the area.

Annual friends trip

Ruskin Trip

We absolutely loved the area and have already planned another trip out. The place was very clean and had everying we needed. The only bad thing is the bugs at night. Be sure to wear bug spray.

We chose this community because it truly is a quiet, private, off the beaten path treasure. A hidden gem if you will!

What makes this property unique

The benefits are awesome here. You can do as much or as little as you like. The area offers tranquility yet is within 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours of everything. Busch Gardens, Adventure Water Park, Lego Land, Disney, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and all Tampa and St. Pete have to offer, shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, airports, outlets, etc. It is right on Tampa Bay and has incredible sunsets and absolutely amazing weather.
