Clean and comfortable apartment in a good location
We stayed here for my fiancé’s daughter’s graduation from Tulane. It was a great spot, easy to get to the university, the CBD, and the garden district. A fairly quiet street. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities, including snacks and coffee. The hosts were great communicators and the check in process was clear.

Cozy and charming!
This property was a perfect location for our visit, and we enjoyed the hospitality of our thoughtful host who included a delicious king cake to the rental to welcome us since we arrived on the first day of the Mardi Gras celebrations. The unit was well appointed, well kept, and the mattress and sheets were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Time
The unit was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was very nice and responsive. It s a little outside of the main sites so it was quiet and safe. Getting around the city was very easy short trips would definitely stay there again!

Just right!
We travelled as a family to drop our daughter off at the university and chose this property based on location and # of rooms. We got soo much more! Samantha was amazing! She was VERY quick to respond to our questions and timely in sending information out. She also went BEYOND what you’d expect allowing us to make a few orders and keeping our deliveries for our arrival. This allowed us to not have to run around town searching for items. Instead, we enjoyed long walks around the property and easily hit Tulane and other great destinations that are so close by. The property is close to anything you might need.
