This is a lovely 3/1 home in Cheraw, SC. Up to date as EVERYTHING was updated in 2019. Close to hospital, shopping, and parks. Fully equipment with all the necessities to feel right at home even a barbeque grill. Office space to get your work done. Enjoy the rocking chairs as you grill yourself a nice burger. Within 2 hours of Myrtle Beach, 1 hour from Florence, a little more than an hour to Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC. Great location to go an have a good time and come back home to peace!

Business trip perfect

Great for business trip stays, not so much for anybody looking for a family get together unless you have a very small family. Perfect for up to 3 people, not much parking space. Road is fairly busy in front of the house. Overall nice house, clean, few things in need of maintenance.
