Mountain house with two barns and a garden

In the listed hamlet of Chambéranger (commune of Planay), 10 minutes by car from Champagny and Pralognan, 15 minutes from Bozel and 40 minutes from Courchevel and Méribel, chalet with two barns (approximately 200m2 in total) and a fully fenced and private garden, not overlooked and without close neighbors, and with a magnificent view of the mountain! Privileged location at 1250m altitude for skiing in winter and for hiking or cycling the rest of the year. Lots of good times to come!

The chalet comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a laundry room with WC, a 17m² kitchen/dining room, a 14m² living room with a sofa bed, and a cellar; and upstairs: a landing, an 11m² bedroom with a queen-size bed and a chest of drawers, a 15m² bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk, and a chest of drawers, a WC, a closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and a balcony. There is a lovely, completely private, and fenced garden. An unheated 85m² barn on two levels includes a pool table, tables, chairs, and other furniture, and upstairs, a drum set and a balcony. You will also have access to the ground floor of a second barn, currently used as a ski room.

Cleaning is not included in the booking price, so you will need to clean the accommodation before leaving. If you would like us to take care of it, I can charge an additional €100 for cleaning, upon request.
The three beds are all 160x200 cm, and linens are not provided (only available as an optional extra). Please remember to bring your own sheets, 65x65 cm pillowcases, towels, and dish towels. We do, however, provide pillows, mattress protectors, and duvets.
A baby cot is available in the first bedroom on the first floor.
For groceries, you will need to go to Bozel, Champagny, or Pralognan, which is a 10-15 minute drive away.

Smoking is prohibited in the house and barns.
Pets are not allowed.
