Just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Apartment Ane is a bright, cozy home with sea view for 6 guests with a large sunny balcony, air conditioning in every room, and free parking.
Perfect for families, friends or couples, it’s in charming Kaštel Stari, between Split (16 km) and Trogir (8 km), close to restaurants, public transport, and fun local activities.
Relax and enjoy a true Dalmatian getaway by the sea!

Our “Holiday Apartment Ane” is located on the top floor of the house and features a large sea-view terrace that extends along the entire front of the building — the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The apartment consists of three separate air-conditioned bedrooms and a bright, very spacious living room with a semi-circular pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The open-plan living and dining area, which is separately air-conditioned, is connected through an elegant archway to a fully equipped built-in kitchen.
In addition, the apartment offers two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and toilet, and one with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi internet access and central heating for stays during the winter months are also available.
Private parking is located directly at the house. Towels, bed linen, and air conditioning are all included in the price. Arrival is possible daily.
Villa Jaman is located approximately 300 meters from a popular pebble beach, where guests can enjoy swimming and sunbathing, as well as long walks, cycling, or jogging along a beautiful 17 km seaside promenade that connects all seven Kaštela towns.
The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
The closest of many restaurants and traditional taverns (konoba) is about 500 meters from the house.
A bus stop with connections to Split and Trogir is located directly in front of the house (30 m).
A medical service / emergency clinic (Ambulanta) is 250 meters away.
At the nearby tourist office (900 m walking distance), guests can book excursions to various national parks such as Krka and Plitvice, a fish picnic, or a boat tour on the picturesque Cetina River.

Wonderful place to stay

This apartment was exactly as pictured. It’s very close to the sea and many cafes and restaurants. It was perfect for 4 adults and we even had one bed to spare. I highly recommend!

Great stay

We loved our sweet host who welcomed us like we were family. The apartment was so comfortable and roomy. It was also only a few blocks from the beach which we were able to use our first and last day. Great town for day trips elsewhere.

Great Place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. So close to the beach, airport, restaurants, groceries, etc. The place is very spacious with 3 bedrooms. We would highly recommend it to anyone. You can’t beat a 4 minute walk to the water.

Very nice apartment, well located within walking distance to the seafront, beaches and amenities. There is a very nice feel in Kastel Stari and Kastela in general. The beds are very comfortable and felt new. Thank you so much Marija for the lovely welcome, we felt at home straight away!

Look no further

From the kindness of the owners, to the caretaker of the property who lives next-door, there is warmth and love all around this beautiful place. We have stayed at a lot of vacation, homes in a few countries and many different US states but this one is by far the best. Extremely quiet, clean, spacious property with good working air conditioning in all rooms. It is located within walking distance of the beach area, (5 minutes), many bars and restaurants, hairdressers, beauticians and a grocery store. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away with half hourly buses to the airport, Split city and Trogir (worth a visit) Maria is extremely kind and helpful. Thank you Maria, we would definitely stay at your property again.

Das Haus und die Wohnung waren sehr schön und gepflegt - gut ausgestattet , toller Balkon, alles sehr sauber. Die Lage zum Strand sehr gut (ca. 500 m durch eine Schattenallee).Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, es gab sogar noch eine Käse/Schinkenplatte mit Brot und Wein. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung nah am Meer

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Wohnung von Familie Jaman. Die Wohnung ist wirklich richtig toll. Es ist alles vorhanden, um den Urlaub direkt zu starten (zB. Seife,Klopapier, Spülmlttel etc). Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Meer (Kiesstrand) und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Ebenso die Bushaltestelle, an der der Bus direkt zum Flughafen (15 min) fährt. Man braucht also nicht unbedingt ein Auto und kann erstmal ganz bequem mit dem Bus anreisen. Dieser fährt dann auch in 30 Minuten nach Split. Für unsere Kinder gab es Spielzeug, einen Hochstuhl, einen Rausfallschutz und ein Babybett. Die Handtücher wurden nach Bedarf ausgewechselt. Die Familie Jaman war immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen und haben uns super wohl gefühlt .

Wie zu Hause

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marija war einfach toll. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jederzeit war jemand ansprechbar und Tipps gab es auch gleich. Mal abgesehen von den leckeren Feigen frisch vom Baum. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien fahren, dann auf jeden Fall wieder zur Villa Janan.

Super Fewo!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub bei Familie Jaman. Die Wohnung ist zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und zur Begrüßung gab es direkt gekühlte Getränke.Die Lage ist super. Ruhig,nah am Strand und an der Promenade. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese tolle Ferienwohnung und die Region Kastela auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Woche in Kroatien

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und unserer 16 jährigen Tochter angereist und wurden von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war für 5 Personen mit 3 SZ und 2 Bädern ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight war der tolle große Balkon mit großem Esstisch, Grill und Liegestühlen. In der Ferne konnte man das Meer sehen. Wir wurden mit Mandarinen aus dem Garten und Rotwein bestens versorgt. Lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

A great location and apartment

We had a great time exploring Kastela, which has numerous beaches, restaurants and places of interest to visit. It's an ideal base from which to visit Split, using the excellent local bus service, and Krka National Park. Apartment Ane was perfect for a family of four - spacious, well equipped and well located for local shops, restaurants and the beach. We received a lovely, friendly welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay by Marija and the rest of the Jaman family - thank you!

Location parfaite!

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, avec une belle et grande terrasse. La proximité de la mer est un vrai plus et le village est animé le soir. On trouve aussi des commerces à proximité et de jolis sites à visiter. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et très chaleureux. Nous conseillons cette location à toutes personnes souhaitant découvrir la rėgion.

Perfect Dalmatian Vacation

The apartment was fantastic, both in terms of space, cleanliness and proximity to the beach, restaurants, as well as, Split, Trogir and Ciovo. Marija is a superb host, accessible, a wealth of information, helpful and accommodating. We are so glad to have found this place and call it home for a week. Urlaub in Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin nahm vor Urlaubsbeginn schon Kontakt zu uns auf und war immer bemüht, alle unsere Fragen zu beantworten und während des Urlaubs alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Sachen vorhanden. Sogar Geschirrspüler-Tabs, Geschirrspülmittel, Handtücher usw. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren hochwertig. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es ein Dusch- und ein Wannenbad gab. Vom Balkon schaute man auf die Rückseiten der anderen Häuser und weiter hinten konnten wir auch das Meer sehen. Zum Strand liefen wir 10 min oder wir nahmen den Bus und fuhren bis Kastel Stafilic, dort ist der Strand schöner. Abends fuhren wir nach Trogir, 13 min mit dem Auto, oder aßen in einem der Restaurants in der Nähe. Nach Split fuhren wir auch mit dem Auto. Man hätte aber auch gut mit dem Bus fahren können, 30 min Fahrzeit. Die Haltestelle für den Bus befindet sich in Sichtweite zum Haus. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung eine der schönsten, die wir bisher gebucht haben. Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen, 7 min mit dem Auto, war top. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Urlaub in COVID-19 - Zeiten

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber, die uns in Zeiten des Covid-19 Virus , den Aufenthalt so angenehm und sicher wie möglich gestaltet haben. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Leider wurde dieses Gebiet jetzt zum Risikogebiet erklärt, so das wir unseren Aufenthalt einen Tag früher beendet haben. Aber gerne kommen wir später einmal wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung bei tollen Gastgebern

Vielen Dank an Familie Jaman für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Danke nochmals für die leckeren Feigen, den Wein und die Käse-Schinken-Platte :-) Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung erfüllte alle Wünsche und auch der große Balkon ist wundervoll. Villa Jaman liegt nicht weit vom Strand und wir brauchten ca. 10 Minuten durch ein kleines Wäldchen dorthin. Die Abende verbrachten wir auf dem tollen Balkon mit selbst gekochten Mahlzeiten oder gingen in eines der zahlreichen Lokale an der Promenate von Kastel Stari lecker Essen. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen, in der einem an nichts fehlt. Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sprechen Deutsch, Englisch usw. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Bus ist man schnell problemlos in Trogir oder Split. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Ein schönes Apartment in einem liebevoll gebauten, modernen Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gaben uns gute Tipps bei Ausflügen und haben schon vor Reiseantritt schnell auf Fragen geantwortet! -Jedes Zimmer (außer die beiden Bäder) besitzt eine Klimaanlage und sind leicht zu bedienen. -Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden. -Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon direkt auf das Meer. -Viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung! Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert!!
