The luxury new-build apartment is located directly on the banks of Lake Weissensee with its own lake access in the Weissensee residential complex. The 3 room apartment has 94sqm and includes a 17 sqm balcony with a beautiful, unobstructed lake view. There are two double bedrooms with 180cm wide double beds and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. Parquet is laid throughout the apartment. There is a large covered parking space for the disabled and an elevator takes you to the apartment on the first floor. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Your own private lake access with garden house incl. Cooking and separate shower facilities directly on the lake are part of the system. If you are interested, please send me an inquiry.

Fantastic week

We had a super nice stay at this Very nice modern appartment on a Brilliant location, Looking across the frozen lake. Nice and warm on arrival, Very good sanitary spaces, cosy and Well lit. We slept in Excellent beds. Generally well equipped kitchen and nice to find some basic spices and even coffee for starters, before we managed to go shopping.

Un séjour très agréable!

Appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé pour l'accès au lac. Nous avons pris tous nos repas (et apéros) sur la très agréable terasse. Contact facile avec Andreas. Seul (petit) bemol, qui ne nous empêche pas de recommander l'appartement: la proximité de la route pour une des chambres ne permet pas de dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung mit absoluter Top-Lage

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und die Lage am Weißensee ist untertrieben! Es ist alles perfekt oder noch besser. Supergut eingerichtet, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, Bad mit WC und weiteres getrenntes WC, Balkon mit Gasgrill, Seegrundstück, Parkplatz, Fahrradraum, Aufzug - alles einfach gut. Meine absolute Empfehlung. Der Weißensee in der Pfingstferien Zeit war auch noch total angenehm ruhig. Kaum Gäste - fast alles hat bereits geöffnet.

Urlaub am Weißensee Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit privatem Badestrand, der zur Wohnanlage gehört. Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den wunderschönen Weißensee und die Berge. Beste Ausstattung, unkomplizierter Vermieter. In der Nähe gibt es hervorragende Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Apartment in hervorragender Lage

Großzügig geschnittenes Apartment mit umfangreicher neuwertiger Ausstattung. Perfekt für den Urlaub zu viert. Tolle Lage mit Zugang zum See. Bäcker in 3 min zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle in 2 min. Punktabzug gibt es, da die Wohnung leider bei Ankunft nicht gut hergerichtet war (kalt, nicht gut geputzt). Vermieter hat sich aber prompt dazu gemeldet.

Perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolle, moderne, neue und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. (gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, viele Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Föhn...) Sehr großer, schöner Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den See. In perfekter Lage mit eigenem Seezugang und Badehaus. Wir werden unseren Winterurlaub sehr gerne wieder dort verbringen.

We had a great Xmas break at Weissensee. The place was beautiful and although there wasn't snow and the temperature went up to 10C in the midday the lake was frozen! The cross country ski and mountain ski were also in operation (snow guns did their job). The apartment was very nice and spacious with a panoramic lake view. Andreas is a fantastic host answering the emails and calls very promptly. I would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment.
