Custom home with beautiful architectural design. Located beyond the Vanderhorst Gate (The Second Gate), on Kiawah Island. Private corner lot, offering two driveways with parking for total of four cars. The Living Room offers plenty of seating with large T.V. The fire place is off limits and unavailable to guests. Open to Living Room is Formal Dining Room seating eight comfortably. The kitchen has plenty of storage and can accommodate all of your cooking needs with a small kitchen table seating four. The Master Suite is tucked away on the North side of home set in a quiet space with private balcony. The master suite offers a large smart T.V and does not have local cable channels. Please be prepared to use your own Roku remote or sign into your favorite account such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Off the main entrance are three bedrooms; two of the three bedrooms feature balconies and share a hall bath with tub/shower combo. The additional bedroom featuring a queen bed has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. Upstairs is a large room with pool table, balcony, and wet bar. The large room has a t.v with DVD for children to watch their favorite movies. T.V is not a smart T.V and does not have cable options. Attached garage is unavailable to guests but this property offers parking for four cars using both driveways. This property has no pool access and the beach is 1 1/2 miles away. Drive time to the beach is 4 to 5 minutes. Car parking is available for beach access and it's an easy 9 minute bike ride to the beach with bike paths available.

This home does NOT offer resort amenities, such as Pool access and discounts on Golf or Tennis.

All trash cans and bikes need to be tucked away from visual sight from the road. This is a ticket offense and the Town of Kiawah does police this.

While the living room does have a fire place, the home does not offer fire place use to guests.

Only the living room has a smart T.V with Comcast cable options. Master bedroom T.V offers a smart T.V (no cable option) and pool table room has just the DVD player set up.

Perfect house-well cared for.

This house was exactly what we needed. A master suite at one end allowed the new parents and Infant to have privacy while the living area and bedrooms across the house allowed family time. Spacious and very well cared for.

Lovely home in Vanderhorst

We were impressed by the size of the property. Beautiful home on a corner lot. Patricia was very easy to work with. Very communicative. I highly recommend this property. We attend a conference at Kiawah annually and will definitely stay here again.

Cozy stay

This house was very cozy and hospitable. There are areas in house that are outdated, but that didn't effect our stay at all. This house has plenty of space and is a short bike ride to the beach. My family would definitely stay here again.
