We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The house was great. Plenty of space with everything we needed. Very clean and the owners were great too. We definitely would stay here again.
We had a great week on Kiawah Island. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. The house was in a great location with about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach. We would happily choose this property again

Great house!
We really enjoyed our stay at 25 Ocean Green. House is very conveniently located and had everything we needed. The neighborhood pool was an added bonus!
House was as described on the web site. Very comfortable and plenty of space for our family. Owner has included thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable. Location to the pool(across the cul-de-sac) and beach was awesome. Communication with the owner was the easiest and best I have had in my 30+ years of staying on Kiawah!

25 Ocean Green!
Perfect getaway! So easy and relaxing. Will be back!
We absolutely loved our stay. Our host was fantastic and so very helpful. The home is open and very roomy and comfortable. Even better than the online photos. We enjoyed a quick walk to the pool, bike rides to the beach, grilling out and evenings on the screened in porch. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
The house was in a great location—near the beach, tennis courts and a short drive to Freshfields Village. Expect to bring everything you need for cooking (other than pots, pans and utensils) and the bathrooms (other than toilet paper).
Beautiful home the pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious and we really enjoyed the screened in porch to gather for morning coffee. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need. Just a short walk to the beach. Steve and Tom were very helpful and was available if there was anything we needed. We highly recommend this home for your visit to Kiawah island.

Perfect!
Beautifully maintained, updated, clean, bright and cozy property. Steps from the Pool, the golf course and a beautiful, quick ride to the beach. The well proportioned rooms enabled a comfortable stay, while the beautiful golf course view framed by nicely landscaped trees from the many windows and spacious screened in porch is a continuous delight. We enjoyed the owners gracious hospitality and kindness.
Let me begin by saying Tom is the most helpful and courteous property owner/manager I’ve encountered. The property was exactly as described and gave my family of 5 more than enough room to spread out. Over the years, we have stayed all over the Island and we found this location to be one of our favorites. (We are an active family who enjoy biking, walking and running). We would stay here again!

Exactly 0.5 miles from the beach!!!
house was very comfortable and convenient to the beach, large open first floor plan, with kitchen, dining and family room was a wonderful space, bed rooms were very nice. like i said above, the distance from the driveway to the sand was exactly half a mile!!!, takes 8 min to walk or 3 min to bike, very nice. the only problems we encountered was a leaky hose to wash off with outside, handyman showing up at the wrong time ( a day to early), and the owner of the house bringing another potential renter thru the house during our stay, when we were told it was going to be an insurance adjuster, that needed to get in the house??? other than that, the family truly had a wonderful time!

Just Perfect!
This home could not have been more perfect for our family in any way! We had a fantastic two week visit on Kiawah and much of the success of our stay was due to the accommodations. The floor plan and layout of Tom's house was terrific in addition to being very clean and having everything we needed for our lengthy stay. Everyone had the privacy they needed, access to the many patios and screened-in porch as well as extremely spacious bathrooms. The well-stocked kitchen and the great gas grill made it easy to have breakfast as well as other meals right at the house. The lush vegetation and abundant wild life around the area made for delightful walks and bicycle rides. Having the crystal clean pool steps away and the beach so close provided additional entertainment for all. Our host, Holly, was always accommodating no matter what questions or needs we had and promptly responded. Tom's excellent restaurant suggestions both on and off the island were spot on and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this outstanding home for families, a large group or several couples as it would greatly serve the needs for all.

Beautiful home with a large screened in back porch and the most comfortable furniture.
We enjoyed out stay at our vacation home. The weather was beautiful and the home was the prettiest we have ever stayed in. Two master suits and all the room anyone would ever need for a vacation. My husband and I stayed down stairs and the rest of the family stayed upstairs. What a treat!!! Tom, the owner was great. He left us special treats and we drank them immediately. Tom also provided us with a list of great places to eat. We tried a couple and they were out standing. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. There were plenty of games to play at night. I have never rented from anyone like Tom. He made sure our stay was perfect and it was. The pool was across the street which we loved. There were very few people in it. It was just a short ride to the beach. This was our fifth time here and the best one so far. Thanks Tom for everything. You are a great host!!!!! We will return in two years and hope to rent from you again.

Loved it!
I had never been to Kiawah Island before - I have family in the Charleston area however had not had the opportunity to travel to the Island. After looking at many options I stumbled across this beautiful house while I was about to give up my search for Christmas destinations. Our usual destinations of Florida and the Caribbean were out of the question due to Zika. After countless hours searching for the house and rejecting many dated villas and cramped quarters I came across 25 Ocean Green - it seemed too good to be true - the house was spacious, on Kiawah Island and allowed dogs which was a must for us. The decor was up to date and with 4 bedrooms and decent square footage there would be room to spare for my family. We went ahead and booked the house. Tom the owner was incredibly helpful throughout the process and during our stay - checking in to make sure we were all set and with many wonderful recommendations. We were just there over the Christmas holiday and the ambience was the perfect blend of tranquil and relaxing. The pool is a stone's throw away and the beach a short and beauty filled walk from the home. The home is surrounded by golf courses and wildlife is abundant ( a treat for us to see deer daily being from NYC). The home itself was perfect. The pictures don't do it justice and when I stepped in I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness, cleanliness, and vibe of the house - it was absolute perfection. Two master suites with king beds and the other bedrooms provide more than adequate space -and the open concept living area is great for entertaining and nights in with the family. The home also has porches on the front and back. We loved Kiawah so much we cannot wait to go again - and 25 Ocean Green was the perfect vacation rental.

Perfect Setting and Setup for A Kiawah Vacation
First of all, the owner is extremely responsive and definitely goes the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.
The house has a solid floor plan that works well for either small or large groups. We loved the wide open main level where we could all be together, but also have enough space that groups could break off and either work on puzzles, read, watch tv, etc. etc. The kitchen is well stocked and has ample to room for more than one cook to operate at a time. The bedrooms are all well sized and in great condition. The upper level den can easily be used as a 5th bedroom if you need more sleeping places. It has a pull out couch and the floor is big enough if you want to bring a blow up bed for a kid. The bathrooms are in solid shape, and very clean. The upper level has a full laundry and certainly comes in handing for a longer stay. The location is great. There is a community pool across the street. No access to resort amenities but if you're not into the Night Heron Pool, the only thing you give up is discounted golf rates, but you can usually find some discounts if you look hard enough. Check out http://www.charlestonscteetimes.com/ for good deals. Access to the beach is easy, but might be a long walk for little kids, or if you like to bring a ton of stuff to the beach. We just drove down to Night Heron Park and walked to the beach from there. It's an easy walk or bike ride if you travel light to the beach. My only recommendation for the owner is to upgrade the cable package. I'd add HD channels to the main level TV. Don't need premium channels but seems odd to watch low def networks on an HD tv.
Bottom line, great house and great ownership. You'll love your stay at this house.

Terrific location and comfortable layout
We just returned from a wonderful 40th anniversary celebration with our family. There were 6 adults, two boys (ages 9 and 11), and a 10-month old baby. This home is so livable with its open floor plan (kitchen/dining/family room) and the pleasant screened in porch. Our kids all spent lots of time out there playing chess and cards, listening to music, and enjoying beverages. The view of the golf course was breathtaking. The bedrooms worked out great, too, with a play room for the boys upstairs and a bath for each couple. It is a very comfortable home with comfy, relaxing furniture, and it was so clean and neat.
You can see the community pool from the porch - just a few steps away. It almost seemed like our own private pool, although we met many lovely families there. There were lots of shade trees that allowed us to stay longer in the heat. We rented bikes, and it is just a 5 minute ride to the beach or 10-12 minute walk. There's nowhere to park a car there so you'll want to travel light, (although you could have a driver drop things off) but it is a fabulous, quiet beach with white sand, and you can ride bikes easily on the beach, too.
Holly, the manager, and Tom were so helpful. Holly made a trip back the night we arrived to get out the "pack and play" for the baby. At about 4pm one day we realized the AC was not working upstairs. With one call to Tom, a repairman was there at 7pm to fix the problem. Amazing! What a memorable vacation we had! Thanks, Tom!
Advice:
Go to Fresh Field's market early in the day on the Saturday you arrive - it's a madhouse after 2pm!
We enjoyed Cherrywood BBQ and Ale House at Osprey Point - reservation recommended; upscale casual with great service.
Renting bikes ahead of time (and baby equipment, too) worked great as they delivered them the day we arrived, and picked them up at the door after we left.
Enjoyed a carriage ride in Charleston (Old South Carriage Co.) and the markets with baskets and gifts. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Ran out of time to see everything.
The rental property was spotless upon our arrival and had everything our family could have asked for to enjoy a week at Kiawah. The extra upstairs living room was a useful bonus. Thoughtful additions like the use of beach chairs, a cooler, and beach cart made our stay even better.
My husband and I stayed here with our 19 month old son for 3 weeks in Feb of 2021
My overall impressions are overwhelmingly positive! The house is great! The downstairs has a nice open floor plan and there are large decks on both the front and back. The house feels clean, bright and comfortable. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Laundry machines, WiFi, dishwasher all worked great. The house is well stocked - tons of towels, a truly obscene amount of pots and pans, beach chairs, spice rack, etc.
Minor negatives:
- The fact that you can't open the dishwasher and trash can at the same time drove me nuts
- There are 2 vacuums and neither are great
- It would have been very helpful to have access to the garage. We biked a lot and it rained a lot so storing the bikes outside was not ideal
Great activities all around. Bike/walking trails nearby. Pool is 1 minute walk. Beach is within 10 minute walk. Tom is a very hospitable host.

Wonderful stay in Kiawah!
Our family of 6 adults plus a toddler loved our 1st visit to Kiawah. The house was very comfortable, offering everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and a grill out back made dining in an easy option. It's just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and across the cul de sac from the pool. Both the owner and house manager were very responsive. We look forward to coming back next year!
