Guests access Marsh Island Retreat through the garage entrance. Once you enter the home, you will find the entryway that connects to the kitchen, living room, dining area; and a hallway that connects the hallway bathroom, the queen bedroom, laundry area and the bunk suite. The primary suite is located off of the dining area. The king bedroom is located off of the living room. You may access the deck with seating area through sliding glass doors in the dining area, and you may access the back deck through the living room.
Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.
Resort pool access not permitted with this rental.
