Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
Set within a gated community, this single-level home is arranged for comfort and connection, with themed rooms that spark imagination and shared areas that bring everyone together. The layout sleeps up to 10 guests across four themed bedrooms and includes two full bathrooms. Two king bedrooms offer restful retreats, while the themed rooms add character and fun. A queen memory foam pullout sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Throughout the home, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and thoughtful storage help keep things comfortable during winter stays.

Sleeping arrangements
You’ll find a Harry Potter bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, a Star Wars room with two twin beds, and two king bedrooms. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms support the home, including a bathtub and a bidet. Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for everyday cooking and easy meals in, with space to gather at the dining table. Coffee is available to start the day, and breakfast is provided. Whether you’re planning quick park breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home, the setup supports both.

An air-conditioned game room keeps all ages engaged with a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games. The living room centers around a 55-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming services. For families traveling with little ones, the home includes a crib, Pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, toys, board games, and an indoor children’s playroom.

The screened patio looks out over a private backyard with a pool and hot tub, both available year-round and open 24 hours. The hot tub heating is included with the reservation, while pool heating is available but not included. Outdoor furniture and a private BBQ grill make the space enjoyable even during cooler Florida evenings.

Work and connectivity
Fast wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected if you need to log in between outings.

The home as a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is right off highway 27 and connects to I4. Great commuter location. Overnight street parking requires a special pass that must be obtained from the host upon check in. Uber and Lyft are readible available.
