Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This single-level home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a queen memory foam pullout sofa in the living area. Two king suites offer restful retreats with ceiling fans, smart TVs, and plush bedding. The master suite opens directly to the pool and features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and bidet. A Harry Potter-themed room includes a twin and full bed, while a Star Wars-themed bedroom has two twin beds designed for younger guests.

Outdoor living
A screened-in backyard centers around a 16x32 foot private pool and heated hot tub, open year-round and available 24 hours a day. The patio area is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, a shaded dining table, and both charcoal and electric BBQ grills for easy family meals. Start your morning with coffee on the private patio or settle in for an afternoon of sunshine and water play.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with an air fryer, blender, hot water kettle, baking sheets, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Dine inside at the table or take your meals outdoors by the pool.

Family-friendly features
Designed for families and multi-generational groups, the home includes a crib, Pack ’n Play, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, and toys and books for ages 0-10+. Extra pillows and blankets, cotton linens, towels, and room-darkening shades add comfort for all ages.

The air-conditioned game room includes a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, and arcade games. Inside, a 55-inch HDTV offers access to Amazon Prime Video, standard cable, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door provides quiet and privacy for remote work. A washer (in building) and dryer (in unit) are available, along with cleaning products, starter toiletries, and bath essentials.

The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Two exterior security cameras—facing outward at the front and back—are monitored by ADT for guest and host safety.

The home as a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is right off highway 27 and connects to I4. Great commuter location. Overnight street parking requires a special pass that must be obtained from the host upon check in. Uber and Lyft are readible available.
