The business traveler will find this home conveniently close to industry in Isabela and Aguadilla. The quiet, upscale neighborhood provides the perfect home away from home.
The space
New saltwater pool; gazebo with bathroom + shower; and outdoor shower. Tiled sundeck to get your tan without splashes from the pool.

We receive many comments about how comfortable our beds are. We also have a ceiling fan as well as A/C in every room.

- Utilities Note: Due to the current situation of the Island there is a chance of having power surges or water shortage during your stay. There is no backup system for these services. We do not issue refunds for these type of situations which are out of our control.
Guest access
The entire home is available to guests. We have one closet that stays locked with supplies. The rest of the property is available for use.
Other things to note
We have a water reserve system that allows you to have water even when the city water is shut down due to island situations.

Great spot for a family

We stayed for a week, the owner was great and the property manager was extremely helpful. The house was located on a private quiet street, ten min from the beach and easy to find. 10/10 would definitely stay again

Isabela Family Vacation 2025

The home is very nice and is depicted accurately as shown in the photos. I had an issue with the water temperature in the master bath. The shower never got hot and was always tepid. I contacted Orlando, one of the property managers, and he came out right away to check the water heater and the water coming from the second bathroom, the washing machine, and the kitchen. All three had hot water. We couldn't figure out why the main bathroom's water was tepid. Additionally, there were numerous tiny ants on all the countertops in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed a week and had great communication with property manager. One room had an air conditioning unit not working and was replaced within a day with a new one. The checkout process was very easy.
