Haus Spitzenblick in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. Pure family vacation.

Good Morning.

Nice that you are interested in a vacation in the lively tip of Friedrichskoog.

We would like to offer you a temporary home in which you can feel comfortable with your child and bowling pin. Comfort for you and your 2 and 4-legged family members are very important to us.
The house is only about 250m from the main beach. This is guarded by the DLRG in the summer months.
Let's start with a little tour:
When you enter the house, the small but well-stocked kitchen opens from the entrance area on the left. The guest toilet is on the right.
The open, spacious living and dining area follows. The dining area offers a cozy, spacious table. Here you can of course not only eat, but also a game of people do not annoy you or play cards.
The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, on which an additional person can sleep well if necessary. Here you will find a modern flat screen TV with satellite connection and a Blueray player with Bluetooth. In the cupboards you will find numerous board games in case the weather is not so good.
From the living room you can also access the terrace and the small garden. There is a barbecue on the terrace and there is of course garden seating. We have set up a small washing area on the wall of the house so that you can wash the mudflats out of your clothes and / or pets if necessary.
On the upper floor there is the larger bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe on the left. If necessary, a baby travel bed can also be set up here.
On the right side is the small bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed that can be pulled out to a 160x200cm double bed. This room also has a flat screen TV with satellite connection.
There is a small shower room between the two rooms.
From all three rooms on the upper floor you have a great view over Friedrichskoog-Spitze. All rooms have daylight.
The house also includes free parking right outside the door, as well as a large garden plot. The open garden has a small playground area and a large meadow, which is ideal for playing football and romping around etc. Of course, you can also just make yourself comfortable here. This part is shared between 8 parties.
