On the first level is access to the garage, which has a stacked washer/dryer and ski and snowboard storage.
The second level has both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen smart TV as well as an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second bath has a walk-in shower.
On the second level, the kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher. The dining area seats eight. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and access to the outside balcony. There is also a half-bath by the kitchen.
On the third level, the loft has two twin/twin bunk beds.
