Charming cottage near the owners' house, in a quiet setting with goats and donkeys. You'll enjoy a true haven of peace in the countryside, with only the sounds of animals and birdsong.
Located at the gateway to the Perche region, 40 minutes from Le Mans, in a beautiful rural setting.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) with dining area. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large bathroom with a sink, large corner bathtub, and toilet.
Access to the furnished wooden chalet, with a library and wood-burning stove.
Beds made upon arrival, towels on request: €5/person. Heating included.
Hiking trails nearby.
High-speed Wi-Fi and parking on the property.
Cleaning fee: €40.
