We offer a small cozy apartment with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed. The property is centrally located in Steinhude in the 1st district. Floor (
Outdoor staircase with 15 lattice steps).

Perfect location, great house

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect for quiet time, snorkling and enjoying the sunrise and sunset from your private roof. House is very well equipped and comfortable. Communication with rental company was quick and very pleasant and check-in customized to our wishes. Perfect! The garden is beautiful with lots of birds. See you next year!

Es war sehr sauber, der Empfang nett und zuvorkommend. Der Lake view ist sehr klein und nur von einem stuhl am tisch möglich. Die Lage ist nah am Zentrum und nah am See, aber direkt an einer Autowerkstatt.

Aufenthalt

Die Aufenthalt war angenem. Vermieter waren freundlich. Was die Vermieter selbst nicht wussten, das direkt neben der Wohnung die Straße neu gemacht wurde, mit Baggerarbeiten, Rüttelmaschiene zur Befestigung des Schotters und Steinsägearbeiten. Ab 07.00 Uhr war dann die Nacht vorbei.

Klein, aber fein

Das kleine Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Es liegt super zentral in der Nähe des Steinhuder Meeres. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin, Frau Störzel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps und Infos gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Dieses süsse Apartment hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Sehr gepflegt, einen Sprung vom Wasser entfernt, eigener Parkplatz und sogar abschließbare Unterstell.-und Lademöglichkeit für unsere E-Scooter. Frau Störzel und Tochter sehr liebe, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! War ein absolut gelungenes Wochenende....und bestimmt nicht das letzte. Vielen lieben Dank!!

Wunderbar für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit

Wer als Paar gerne getrennt schläft, tut sich oft schwer, eine nicht zu große Unterkunft zu finden. Diese ist mit den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmern ideal. Klein, aber freundlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten, dazu noch nah am Wasser. Dass die Vermieter sehr freundlich sind, tut ein Übriges. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr geschmackvolle, gut ausgestattete, für uns perfekte kleine Ferienwohnung.

Habe mit meiner Schwester ein paar Tage hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch besser ausgestattet, als wir der Beschreibung entnehmen konnten. Es gibt einen kleinen Bachkofen, einen Wasserkocher und ein Eisfach im Kühlschrank. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in einem Raum unterstellen und die Fernsehsessel sind total gemütlich! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!!!

Schönes, zentral gelegenes appartement. Tip top sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schön auch, daß man im Hof parken konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es gibt wirklich garnix zu beanstandn. Ganz im Gegenteil. 👍

Super Aufenthalt

Wir waren 1 Woche zu 3.hier. 2 erwachsene und ein kleines Kind. Wohnung ist super sauber , sehr gemütlich , alles da was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. So nah am Wasser und ganz nah zum Stadtkern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
