We had a wonderful stay. The location, about 15 minutes from Dreams Park, was ideal for us. The property was very peaceful, clean, well equipped, and a good value for the area. Our dog especially enjoyed the spacious yard. We'd definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. What a hidden gem! The most adorable and clean tiny house with a river nearby for paddle boarding and kayaking. My stay was so peaceful and a nice respite from the chaos of Cooperstown Dreams Park. Thank you to the host, if I’m ever in the area again, I will be staying here.

Tiny but immaculate house. Perfect for a couple or a family with two small children. Magnificent knotty Pine, and well appointed interior amenities. Well worn, but serviceable kayaks are available via a 30 second Dr. to the river. It took me 30 minutes to get to the lake. Although having a double bladed kayak paddle would’ve made the trip far more efficient and shorter. 15 minute drive to Cooperstown. Bottled water was provided. Which is needed, in that there was a distinct odor from the tap water. Owners responses to all questions was immediate. Would definitely stay again if in the area with the same itinerary.

It was as advertised and things went well except the air conditioning unit was on the floor in the kitchen so we couldn’t use it. It made for rough sleeping.

Wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very happy with the property. Clean, quiet, and a short drive to Cooperstown and Fly Creek Cider Mill. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here while my son and husband stayed at Dreams Park. We loved the tiny house! It was clean, well decorated, the property manager was very responsive and only a 15 minute to Dreams Park. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We were traveling as a family of five to visit family for the holidays- the house was small but well appointed and felt larger with the loft and layout. Great kitchen and location was convenient to Cooperstown. Very clean too! Thanks for a great stay!

3-day Cooperstown trip

The location of the property is perfect for a trip to Cooperstown. We also drove up to the Adirondacks, which was a little over an hour, but still close enough if you're exploring the southern part of the park. Plenty of room to play catch with our dog and overall very comfortable.

Wonderful!

We rented for a week as we were in town for the Cooperstown youth tournament. This home was great! Only 15-20 minutes to Cooperstown, super clean, was perfect for our family! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Perfect Spot

We stayed here as a base for our Cooperstown visit. It was perfect! Cooperstown was a short 15 minute drive away and in the evenings we would come back and enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful setting. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time.

Quiet and Clean

Stayed here with my husband and 3 kids to watch my nephew play at the dreams park. It was quiet, 20 mins to the park, and 15 mins to Cooperstown. The kids thought the loft was great. It worked well for 3 nights. Easy check in and check out.

Quiet and clean

Quiet country setting. Conveint to Cooperstown ⚾️ Very clean. Host was quick to respond to texts. Pet friendly Definitely will come back when i travel to this area of New York again.
