The apartment did not have wifi, no hot water, the air conditioning leaked to the point we had to use buckets that we had to pour out every day or else it would flood, there was an exploded coke in the freezer, we were only given 2 towels that were awful quality, no trash bin, no wash clothes, no hand soap, no drying rack, only 5 hangers for 2 guests and 5 days, Lise was "too busy" which really made it hard to find solutions. We left our conference early to meet her to get new wifi, and then we waited 1.5 hours, asking for updates, and no response for that long for her to inform us that she was running late... she showed up after 2 hours with a new wifi that did not work. I have never left a bad rating on accommodation, but we got scammed. Save your money - do not stay here
