Cocoonr offers you this charming 54 m² chalet to rent in La Bresse, with a ski resort less than a kilometre away. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,800 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided), lounge and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee pod maker and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) downstairs and single bed upstairs
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC (adjoining the shower room)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, children's crockery, board games, washing machine, raclette machine, electric griddle, fondue machine, mini-crepe maker, toaster/waffle maker, ironing board and iron, barbecue/grill (from mid-May to October).

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,800 m² private, unenclosed garden facing south-east, with direct access to the forest and hiking trails.
- A south-east-facing terrace: 18 m² of concrete alongside the chalet on the forest side with an awning, and a rounded wooden terrace of around 18 m² with parasol. Equipped with a round table and wooden benches, as well as a brazier/plancha (available from May to mid-October).
- A small, secure garden chalet with bike rack, ski room with boot dryer and sledges.

The Belle-Hutte district of La Bresse is located 9 km from the town centre. It's an area of chalets, in a cul-de-sac, with a very peaceful and rejuvenating environment, in the heart of nature at an altitude of 920 m, with no road noise. Hinds and deer are common and you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of them in the garden. Direct access to the forest and footpaths at the bottom of the garden.
Access to all essential shops within 10 minutes by car.

Activities :
- 750 m from the slopes and ski lifts of La Bresse-Hohneck (access on foot or by car, free parking). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking, trail running (90 km), mountain biking, snowshoeing and ski touring.
- The largest ski area in the Grand Est region: 30 runs, 15 lifts, crèche, 4-season sledging, Bike Park from May to October and signposted mountain bike trails (140 km of circuits).
- Numerous lakes nearby (Longemer, Gérardmer, Lispach, etc.) for swimming and water sports.
Quick access to the Vosges peaks and the Hohneck (15 mins), Route des Crêtes, farm inns, rock climbing and hang-gliding.
- Nearby: Bol d'Air (accrobranche, tyroliennes), quad bikes, snowmobiling, swimming pools, cinema, ice rink (winter), markets and restaurants. Gérardmer 20 minutes away, Munster 30 minutes, Colmar and the Wine Route less than an hour away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private outdoor car park (up to 3 vehicles).

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
