The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine) includes a dining area for convivial meals. The comfortable and inviting living room is perfect for unwinding.

Outside, you will have access to a secure parking space in the courtyard, as well as a terrace with a barbecue and a relaxation area on the first floor, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.

Everything is included in the rental price, except for bath towels.
