Rise with the sunset and have your coffee on the spacious, covered balcony. Back inside, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast before waking the rest of the crew. There’s room for four at the dining table and two additional barstool seats and the counter when it’s time to eat, and dish duty is a breeze with the condo’s dishwasher. Head out for the day to enjoy the complex’s shared amenities, including a pool, tennis court, and basketball court, or use the private walkway to access the beach. When it’s time to return in the evening, settle into the comfortable living space and flip on one of the three big flatscreen TVs. If you’d prefer a night out, you’re only one and a half miles north of all the restaurants and bars near Cocoa Beach Main Street. And more dining and shopping options are just across the street. Just don’t stay out too late – you don’t want to miss that spectacular sunrise.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
