The Resort on Cocoa Beach - 2 Bedroom Ocean Front

This beautiful condo is located at a very nice resort property with a large variety of guest amenities and scheduled activities.

This newly updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo also features a washer and dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jetted tub. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL.

The property features a large Outdoor Pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Complimentary Parking and Wi-Fi. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing and Kennedy Space Center just to name a few!

This condo rental offers a great vacation getaway which can be as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it.

The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR Ocean Front units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. High floors are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent view. Floor requests are assigned during pre-registration. Property allows pre-registration no earlier than 10am (in person).

Great Vacay

The resort was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. My three children (10, 14,14) loved the pool, hot tub and the basketball and tennis courts. The beach area by the resort was not very crowded. We had a great spot on the beach to see the shuttle take off. Would definitely come back!

Nice spot

We enjoyed our stay and personnel were friendly and helpful. I would say that the kitchen definitely needs to be better stocked for guests that actually cook sometimes. One small stockpot, limited utensils and NO oven mit was an issue. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay very much and loved the Cocoa Beach area in general.

Fun beach, perfect location

Our family enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pool and amenities were relaxing as well. Our teenagers enjoyed the game room.

Beautiful Beachfront Resort

The Resort was clean and conveniently located. The beach was amazing and the pool area and tiki bar were great. Staff was polite and very accommodating. For an older resort, they keep it very clean and welcoming. We give it 8 thumbs up!
