Beautiful Ocean Front Condo - Vacation Resort in Cocoa Beach

This is a beautiful condo at a very nice resort property with lots of activities and amenities. The condo is very clean and well maintained. This newly updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to 6 people. Washer and dryer are inside the condo. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jetted tub. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL.

The property features a large Outdoor Pool, Outdoor jacuzzi, Sauna, Poolside Tiki bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Free Parking, and Complimentary Wireless Internet. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing and Kennedy Space Center just to name a few!

This condo rental offers a great vacation getaway which can be as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it.

**PLEASE NOTE**
The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR Ocean Front units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. High floors are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent view. Floor requests are only taken in person during the 10am pre-registration, please do not arrive earlier than 10 am on the day of your arrival. Check-in is at 4 pm (Please note, the front desk staff will start the pre-registration process at 10am and you must be present to place requests). If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

We enjoyed everything about this property and resort. We loved the variety of activities offered!

It was so nice to have so many activities offered at one resort. From the pool, basketball courts, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, etc., we enjoyed them all. Loved waking up to the view of the ocean right from our balcony, and a short walk right to the beach! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great property and amenities

The property was as described, great location on beach. Unit was well stocked, (though desperately needs new pillows on the beds) Games, beach towels were very convenient and we were kept informed of rocket launches (watched two from the beach in front of the building during our stay). Staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. Would definitely stay again if in cocoa beach again.

Perfect Family Fun Vacation Spot

Our family stayed in the condo on the 7th floor. The ocean front view was amazing and each morning started off great by sitting on the balcony, enjoying coffee and taking in the view of the beach. The activities in the resort make this place a perfect spot for active families. We enjoyed movies in the theater as well as swimming in the swimming pool. Taco Tuesday by the pool was a fun treat too. The restaurant downstairs enhanced our vacation. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and the food was tasty. Our 14 and 11 year old had a great time playing in the arcade too. The jetted tub was a huge hit and so relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. The staff in the resort and Chris were amazing in responding to our needs and questions. The air conditioner broke during our stay. The first day it broke I really thought it was me not being familiar with the thermostat. The next morning we left for a day out and when we returned I noticed the temp had dropped one degree so I called the front desk to ask them to help me. A maintenance man was up immediately and saw there was a problem. An a/c serviceman was contacted and the part replaced quickly. I am extremely impressed with the insulation in this condo. The temperature was never uncomfortable and the a/c problem never took away from our enjoyment of the condo and the resort facilities. We would stay in this condo again.

Great Place to Stay!

We arrived later in the day and asked for the room with the best view and the only things available were the 2nd floor (trees blocking the view of the ocean) and an upper floor room that was handicap friendly. We chose that room and it was really no different, just lower counters and bigger bathrooms/doorways. The view was awesome though! Overall opinion of the unit is pretty good - the only downside for us is that the bedrooms are at the back of the unit so no waking up to the ocean view. It was pretty dark back there so we slept in a lot on accident haha! But you're on vacation so you're supposed to take it easy, eh? The beach and beach access was perfect and the chair/umbrella rental guy was so polite and sweet! The pool table room - we spent some time down there and that was a great time for us when it was nighttime or raining. So, the unit and hotel itself? Wonderful. The attached Mexican restaurant? Not so much. We ordered chips, salsa and queso one day to tide us over until dinner and they were both excellent. So we stopped in for lunch a few days later -mind you, we're the only ones in the place - and it took an hour to get food. And it was meh. Like, I wish I could get my money back. But, since the salsa and queso were so good, we tried to get some of that later on in our stay and my husband felt like an intruder as he stood there and waited for them to ask his order. When they finally acknowledged him, they pretty much argued over who had to help him and so he left. That was a bummer because it was really good salsa! Oh well, we would still go back - there are plenty of great places to eat and The Resort was awesome!

Beautiful beach property with plenty of amenities.

This was perfect for my family (4 teenagers). The beach was perfect. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. We used the movie theater twice. Many restaurants and grocery stores .5-2 miles away. Very clean room with comfortable king bed. Cute tiki bar at pool with mostly fried food but good drinks. Would stay here again.
