Rosenau Studio: bright, comfortable, centrally

This ample, sunny living-sleeping room is situated on the top floor of a 4-story-building, right under the roof (5th floor). The building has an elevator to the 4th floor, shops and a kebab house on the ground floor. More shops, snack-stand and restaurants are close-by.

The kitchen is well equipped with tableware, kitchen utensils/cutlery and appliances that include: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, ceramic stove top, oven, refrigerator, dish washer.

Highspeed internet access is provided by Wi-Fi.

For entertainment you can choose between 40-inch HD TV, player (selection of movies included) and a WII game console (including a wide variety of games). German books and board games are also available.

There are 2 beds that can be used as single or expanded queen size beds (63 inch/1,50 meters). So there is enough space to sleep up to 4 people.

The house has a shared laundry room where you can use coin-operated washing machine and dryer if needed.

The studio unit is private, you only share a small part of the corridor. If you need any assistance or if you have any questions, you are always welcome to ask us. We are right next door and can provide you with all information regarding the city, sights and public transportation.

#### Public transportation and sights ###
We are close to "Plärrer" and there is a subway station where all Nuremberg lines stop. You can also enter tramway and busses easily. The main railway station is just 2 stops away. From "Plaerrer" you can go directly to the airport (subway takes 18 minutes) and to the "Messe" (exhibition and convention center) (subway needs 16 minutes).

In walking distance you can find shops (including organic, local food market) and restaurants and you can enter the historical city center. Supermarkets are also within walking distance.

This is also a good location for business travellers. E.g. it´s a good location to get to Novartis (Roonstraße) or Datev (Fürther Straße).
