The house was very clean, the upstairs full bath was accessible to everyone (we weren’t sure if it was an en suite and were happy to find that it was not, so that we could all use it without having to walk through anyone’s bedroom). The interior has some wear and tear, but it is not noticeable unless you look hard, and overall the paint job looks fresh and new, so no complaints. Really enjoyed the location (within 8 mins of eateries and supermarket). Would recommend!

I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals across the US and in Europe. I always read reviews to help in my decision making. That is why I was so surprised to see so many rave 10/10 reviews for this property when We felt many things were unsatisfactory. The property itself was located in a lovely community close to everything we needed. First off, the entry keypad was difficult to see in daylight or nighttime. The house was not as clean as other guests proposed. The shower knob fell off. We could not get the thermostat to cool off. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable. Unusual to have keypads on bedroom doors, have never seen that, totally unnecessary. Sheets and bath towels were clean. At night there was banging I guess coming from pipes in the walls. Also the hot water baseboard heating makes a noise like roaring rapids whenever someone flushes or uses any water even in the middle of the night. Baseboard heaters look to be in poor condition. Many of the transition moulding on the floor are not even attached. Other areas in need of touch ups. Don't even get me started on the kitchen, nothing felt clean, counters, appliances, fridge. You advertise a Game room/Arcade. The room with an oversized keyboard, dozens of old VHS tapes and no games does not constitute a "Game Room". Many of the pictures online must be staged and not represented in person, like throw blankets on sofas, there were none. Decor leaves much to be desired . Extremely disappointing.

Our host responded quickly to every request. When it snowed, his wife cleared the front entrance and even brushed the snow off our car.They treated us exceptionally well, so we’ll return. The home was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was very well set up for cooking, and we left very pleased.Highly recommended!

We had a great time - host was very nice! Place was a nice but there were many unclean areas that did not sit well with us. If you looking for a place to sleep - Bedrooms were clean!

Fun in the poconos

Lovely weekend getaway!

I rented this home for a Poconos ski weekend with my partner and it was exactly what we were looking for. The home was cozy, clean, and provided the perfect space for relaxing after busy days on the slopes. We had a few questions during our stay and the manager was extremely fast to help us and very friendly. The host who greeted us was very friendly and we knew the property was managed by good people. Definitely recommend this as a cozy rental for a couple of for a small group of people!

Family Visit

Mr. Aldridge greeted us upon arrival, he was very nice. He told us all of the near by things to do and some place that were good to eat. He took us a tour of the house. The house was veery nice and spacious. We had deer visit twice a day it was very nice and quite. Close to grocery store and right down the road from the convenience store.

Serious lack of communication

Due to poor management and an insufficient electrical system, we were left without AC on the main floor. And there were no instructions for the house. The AC is small portable units in the bedrooms and then a larger one for the entire downstairs. When we arrived FRIDAY, the downstairs unit and outlet did not work. I left Darryl a voicemail and text. Got no response. So we took the unit and moved it into a room where the electric was working- but soon after the power went off there too, and the cord was burning hot. The unit was too powerful for this home’s electrical system. We had no access to the breakers and the house was an absolute sweat box as outside temps topped 90. Darryl responded on SUNDAY claiming he did not see my messages or voicemail. He sent someone to fix the breaker for one wall. The unit worked but the cord became very hot which is a clear sign of danger so we turned the unit off to avoid fire. Sunday night when I return to the house, my bedroom door was locked (all the bedrooms have a keypad but the codes were not given to us). I called Darren and he told me that there were keys in a fishbowl in a kitchen cabinet. There was no way we could have known this since no instructions to the house were left for us. I had a discussion with Darryl about my concerns regarding the electric. The unit there is too powerful for the existing electricity and is a safety issue. He disagreed. I also told him how unhappy I was that it took him so long to res

Amazing Stay!

I came with my fiancée and 4 other friends for President’s Day weekend. The house was very cute and well kept. It was clean and comfortable for the 6 people to sleep. The kitchen area was excellent even came with spices, pots, pans, utensils, everything you needs. The host was amazing as well! Overall the house was excellent along with a beautiful surrounding area. Perfect for a little peaceful getaway.
