The dining area has seating for 6, and 4 extra places at the bar. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a 55" 4K HD TV in the living room for you entertainment. The Master suite offers a king size bed, queen bed in second bedroom, and full over full bunks in the third. Such an amazing home!!

This home was so perfect and a great location with the Hub just right across the street. Multiple beach access’s within walking/golf cart distance!! The home had everything we needed & more. It has everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.) The golf cart made everything so easy and was a hit for my kids! Jessica was very responsive with any questions we had. I Highly recommend this home!!

Perfect Vacation Home!

This was a wonderful home to rent during our first visit to 30A. The house was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby! We had our 7 month old daughter with us, and we loved the high chair and pack & play that was provided. Jessica was quick to respond to questions we had as well. The golf cart was perfect for driving around, and the bikes were comfortable. We also loved that the home was the middle point from Seaside to Rosemary Beach. We will definitely be visiting again!
