LOCATION: This home is a 4-minute bike ride to the beach.

DETAILS: Stunning location meets coastal elegance! This spacious 4-bedroom coastal retreat sleeps 10 and offers an additional living/sleeping area. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a double vanity and a spacious stand-up shower. There is an extra master bedroom upstairs with a private bathroom. You will also find the two guest bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and one with a full. This beach cottage has 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a custom gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and stainless appliances, including a 5-burner gas range with a warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher, and a French door refrigerator. A washer/dryer room and powder room are located off the hallway from the living area. All the bathrooms showcase granite counters. Six flat screened TVs are featured throughout the home; in the living room, upstairs den, and each bedroom.
The living area is decorated in beach blues and sandy neutrals with lots of room to spread out and enjoy a surround sound stereo plus a separate bar area. The dining room seats eight comfortably, and four barstools at the kitchen counter. If you enjoy outside dining, the screened porch supports a dining table that seats eight. If relaxing is your main concentration, there is a sitting area on the screened porch with a sofa and rocking chair. The home also comes equipped with WIFI, a two-car driveway for parking, and an outdoor shower. The beach is a delightful 10 minutes walk away. Check with our Concierge department to rent additional bikes and beach gear to make the ride or walk much easier!
