We had a great time here on spring break. The house was lovely, clean, and well-stocked. Used the bikes, beach chairs, electric grill. Everything was excellent.

Overall, this is a very lovely home in a very lovely neighborhood. It was quiet and beautiful as always. The beach is perfect, and I love walking through nature to arrive at the shore. The code to enter the garage was wrong, so that was an initial hiccup. We were also not told that controlled access for us would be only through the garage. The oven door was broken when we arrived, but that was quickly dealt with. The owner has many personal photos throughout the home. That was somewhat awkward, and they took away from usable space. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet, serene vacay, this will work.

not a good idea to not allow coolers on the beach if you are a guest.....I was made to leave my cooler at entrance when entering the Beach club.......they said only members and owners can have coolers......bad idea!

July 2019 Stay

My family and I did our annual beach vacation for the first time in this area. This house was clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. We especially liked the back porch for morning coffee and the access to the bikes that made getting to the beach lots of fun. We will definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was beautiful and very clean. Also, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed the quiet community compared to Watercolor. Our only complaint would be the motion sensor lights in the bedrooms that come on every time you turn over in bed. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
