Clean and well appointed home. Great amenities with the bikes, golf carts, and beach equipment. The home was tastefully decorated and all the comforts of home. Communication was excellent, and we experienced no problems with our stay. Would definitely recommend this home!

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group. Really nice to have the golf cart and bikes. We used them alot. Right next door to a house we used to own in Watersound West Beach. Would certainly consider staying there again

Awesome weekend

Quick weekend trip for pool, beach, and bike rides! The golf cart made it nice as well just to cruise around and take in the area. House was great and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay on 30A!

We had a blast spending the week here with our young kids and our friends! The pool is 2 seconds away on the golf cart and then the beach is a short beautiful 10 minute walk from there! The pool was not crowded and the private beach wasn’t either, perfect location! We’ll be back!

Great place on Watersound

The property was in a great, quiet location close to the private pool and a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Our favorite spots the Big Chill and Old Florida Fish house were a mile down the road and perfect for dinners, entertainment and for the kiddos to run around! If you are looking for a comfortable and not crowded spot on 30A this is the place.

It was a wonderful stay. Other than not getting a heads up about a maintenence man coming, not once but twice. I was literally in a towel the first time. I didn't mind him coming, but there was zero communication about it. There is also a neighborhood black bear. Quite literally a bear was walking behind us when we went to leave the garage in the golf cart. I understand nature is nature, but that certainly was a surprise. But was the communities' common knowledge.Just be mindful with your children. The house over all was wonderful. We definitely didn't need to bring anything other than our clothes and toiletries. They had everything else you could think of. The host wasn't very communicative when asked questions nor again, the unannounced visit from maintenence man. 3.5/5 over all stars for the lack of communication aspect.

Loved our 5 night stay

Loved having bikes and golf cart was essential since walk to beach is quite the trek w all the necessary beach chairs & umbrellas needed. We hoped to rent chairs/umbrellas … It’s a state park beach so was confusing we were unable to access the Watersound beach w available rentals. Comfortable and loved having 2 kings available. Thank you.

Year end recharge

Watersound West never disappoints. Quiet little gem tucked away on Full Moon. Everything we needed for a quick recharge after a busy month. Beautiful, clean and peaceful. Only con…master bed very firm, not comfortable at all. A memory foam topper would be an excellent addition.

Everything was top notch except the instructions to go to the security guard station. There was no guard on duty during the weekend in the West section. The guards at the main entrance were not helpful and very rude. Just a heads up!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home and the surrounding community were truly beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and with such a social, laid-back atmosphere that made our beach vacation extra special.We did want to offer a bit of friendly feedback to help enhance the experience for future guests: The outdoor spaces (especially the porch and BBQ area) could benefit from a deeper cleaning before check-in.It may also be helpful to provide more toiletries (like toilet paper and dish soap) in alignment with the size of the group or length of stay, just to avoid any mid-trip runs for basics.Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. access codes incorrect upon check in, only two bicycles were functioning, golf cart was a danger to drive, dishwasher receptacle for dishwasher pod was broken, smoke alarm was activated when toaster was used. Management totally unhelpful and unresponsive. We will never use a BeachWalk property again.

Booking was very easy. Communication was great. The house itself was immaculate. Loved having the golf cart and 4 bikes. The code we were given to get in the neighborhood didn’t work. We had to wait til someone else drove in to be able to use their code since it was later and no attendant. The listing states a propane grill however it was completely rusted and unusable. We were then told there was a grill at the pool so we packed everything up and went down to the pool only to find that grill only worked on extremely high which burned the food or so low that it would have taken forever to grill our food. Ended up having to throw all that out and spend another 100 on pizza for the night. Things to be aware of: Bring your own food storage containers because there were none. Also wish it was clearer before I booked that there is no beach service. I probably would have booked someplace different because it was quite the trek to lug everything to the beach each day. I know it seems my review is negative so I want to reiterate that this place was extremely clean and comfortable! It really is a great place to stay!
