Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The open-plan family room anchors the home, fitted with a smart TV and a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements and a comfortable hangout zone. A dedicated workspace in the living area keeps remote workers covered, and fast WiFi (287 Mbps) means streaming and video calls run without a hitch. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home cool throughout, while room-darkening shades let everyone sleep in after a long park day.

Sleeping Arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across seven beds. Both master ensuite suites feature king beds, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms. The main master suite opens directly to the pool through sliding glass doors and includes a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a Mickey-themed room - a hit with younger guests - with two single beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and eat well without leaving the house. Appliances include a GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle. Cookware, bakeware, dishes, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are all provided. A charcoal grill is available for complimentary use; a propane gas grill is available to rent on request. The dining table seats the group, and coffee is included to get the mornings started.

Game Room & Entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is the social hub of the villa. It's equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, life-size games, and a children's playroom with toys and books for all age groups. Board games are stocked for quieter evenings, and every bedroom has its own smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Roku, and standard cable.

Outdoor Pool & Spa
The screened-in private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, and can be heated for an additional fee. Weekly professional pool maintenance is included, and a pool skimmer is on hand for guest use between services. The outdoor area features a private patio, sun loungers, outdoor dining setup, and a private backyard - ideal for morning coffee or evening meals al fresco. Please note the backyard is not fully fenced.

Resort & Community Amenities
Free resort access is included with your stay, giving you use of a shared gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a fishing lake with lake access via a path. There's an outdoor playground on the property as well, so younger guests have even more to explore.

Additional Comforts
The home includes a washer and dryer in-unit, iron, drying rack, walk-in closet, extra pillows and blankets, linens, and essential toiletries including hotel-standard shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A crib (mini, 38"x24"), pack 'n play, standalone high chair, and children's dinnerware are always available. Babysitter recommendations are on hand if you need a night out. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. The home features a private entrance, smart lock self check-in, and four free driveway parking spaces plus free street parking.

Two exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property (no interior cameras). The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
