Lage direkt an der Promenade, 20 min zur Altstadt

Lage direkt an der Promenade, ca. 700 m links vom Hotel Negresco. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der dritten Etage (kein Aufzug). Bad im gutem Zustand, Küche ebenfalls gut, mit Geschirrspüler. Sofa und Sessel könnten erneuert werden. Balkon klein, max 2 Leute können dort stehen, aber beste Aussicht 👍🏻 Schlafzimmer eine (sehr schmale) Treppe höher, alles dort sehr klein. Ab 1,50 Meter Grösse stößt man sich den Kopf an den Balken. Eine Schlafmatratze liegt direkt auf dem Boden. Internetzugang prinzipiell vorhanden, aber nur gegen Bezahlung (ca. 6 Euro pro Tag). Das hatten wir in der Beschreibung anders verstanden. Wenn man sich an die kleinen einfachen Schlafzimmer gewöhnt, ist Ferienwohnung in Ordnung. Preis jedoch nur über die Lage zu rechtfertigen.
