Stayed 12 nights and thought it was a wonderful little apartment. The view from the little balcony is very special. We enjoyed using the public transport when accessing the old town otherwise we walked to Nice Ville station to use the train system for other local towns. The air-conditioning was lovely on returning from town and there is plenty of local restaurants, and supermarkets. The Boulangerie downstairs is delicious

The perfect place!!!

Could not have been better. So nice- so quiet but easy to get the the beach and old Town as well! Nice places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds. All the amenities. Really- can't wait to stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjourAppartement très fonctionnel avec vue dégagée et commerces à proximité. Par contre la situation donnée par abritel ne correspond pas à l'adresse.,c'est plus loin du centre mais les transports ne sont pas loin.Nous sommes prêts à revenir.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. Can’t beat the birds singing in the garden in the morning and the smell of fresh bread wafting up from the bakery downstairs. Convenient to tram, groceries stores and several restaurants nearby. The host is very responsive to all messages/inquiries. This is our second stay here.

Perfect!

Great space with a well equipped kitchen, great for cooking in. Ac was perfect for the hot days and although the place is further away from the coast then it says, it is still near public transportation stores. The host was very helpful and patient.

Great location, amazing view, quiet

We loved our stay here. The boulangerie is very convenient. Tram is a 6 minute walk. The balcony has a very nice view of the city. Highly recommend as a couple or more (doors to divide both sleeping areas). Everything was clean and check in/out was simple.

Great Home Base in Nice

We loved our two-week stay in this apt. Living in a neighborhood vs. a tourist hotspot enhanced our experience. Downstairs bakery and wonderful nearby restaurants, as well as convenient tram stops, make this a winner. Stanislas is easy to work with and contact as needed. Simple self check-in process. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Communication and access was simple. Anything you could need was provided. It was a bit further to the promenade than I thought. It definitely required a car. But I would recommend it to others.

Nice apartment to spend a weekend in

The review would have been 5 stars but for the location which is not where it shows when you do a VRBO search but is further out. That aside it is a nice apartment and easy enough to get to on the team which run very often. Plenty of equipment if you want to cook or eat out. I would recommend sleeping on the sofa bed which is more comfortable than the bed unless you enjoy a very hard bed. The host is great and responsive making the whole process easy.

Good stay!

This apartment was perfect for me and my friends. 3 people fit really nicely with just enough place! The only kicker was that the location wasn’t where we thought it would be. When we saw the listing it said the apartment inside Old Nice, so that was misleading. But honestly the tram was super close so it wasn’t too bad figuring out how to travel around and didn’t cost us a ton of time being further into town. We felt very safe and our host took great care of us! 3/5 just for location accuracy
