Perfect location in old town Nice

Stone throw from all the actions and restaurants in Old Town. Its a climb up to the 3rd floor, but we got used to it quickly as we got more fit we each day.

The location is excellent. The place does get nice light. It is noisy at night but if you close the windows the noise sound is a nonissue. Some upgrades of furnishings would be great. Too much of a garage sale assortment of furnishings. It would be very nice to have a water pitcher to keep some water cool. Some cleaning of the hallway closet should be considered. The place is good value but if expecting beauty one could be disappointed.

The location was central in Old Towne. Close to the water and all amenities.There is an a lot to see and do near the apartment.There are a lot of steps up to the unit which was challenging on the first day with luggage especially.

In the heart of the old city

It’s a lovely spacious apartment in the centre of the old town just a short stroll to the sea. It has everything you need to self cater. It’s a bustling place with bar and restaurants all around so not quiet.

Lovely apartment in the old town

Lovely apartment in great location. We had read about the stairs and unfortunately I'm a bit unfit but husband managed them OK! The apartment was located in a great area there was just one night the Saturday where we could hear a bit of noise till early hours but late September still really busy with tourists. Would recommend staying here for the price it's good value. Would use this accommodation provider again also. Good communication about deposit location etc and photos to help!

Traumhafte Zeit in Nizza

Unsere Unterkunft lag super-zentral und war perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war groß genug und sehr sauber. Es war der traumhafte Ausgangspunkt all unserer Unternehmungen. Fußläufig zum Meer und zur Straßenbahn und mitten in der schönen Altstadt.

Appartement très bien placé , devant travailler tous les jours à proximité, Il est propre, les renseignements sont précis. le prix est très raisonnable Le seul hic, pas d'ascenseur, donc ne pas prendre de grosses valises.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Kissen im Bett. Es Gabe ein ganz flaches und ein normales. Man konnte leider nicht wechseln.Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Punkt. Ansonsten kann ma diese Wohnung nur loben.
