This Key West style home on Siesta Key is available for the first time in several years and is ideal for relaxing in the Florida sun or exploring all that the Gulf Coast has to offer. The light, airy property has been beautifully furnished. The large pool and gardens complement the home's holiday feel while the numerous internal areas for relaxing and socializing leave plenty of room for all. A large and extensively equipped kitchen/diner and huge balcony leaves you spoiled for choices for both internal or external dining and relaxing. All that Siesta Key and Sarasota has to offer is at your doorstep. There is a small beach (Shell Beach) within a 5 minute walk. Perfect for early morning fishing or launching a kayak. Siesta Key Village (many restaurants/cafes) and the award winning Siesta Key beach are minutes away by car (or by bike if you feel energetic).

Family, fun and sun!

Our family had a great Spring Break! Our first trip to Siesta Key. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Paul, the owner was wonderful and very responsive. We loved the location. Easy and within 10 minutes to Siesta Beach. The perfect sunset beach spot just a 5 minute walk across the street. Quiet, private and safe location. The pool was a hit for our family, and we had more than enough room in the house. We cooked every night in the awesome kitchen! Highly recommend Southern Steer Butcher on Bee Ridge Rd. Great, family-owned establishment with a little of everything. A quick 15 minute drive. Thank you!

Beautiful Siesta Key home

We loved our stay at this Siesta Key home. The pool is fantastic. The amenities of the home met our needs. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen is adequately stocked. The location is great and it’s very easy to get to Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Venice beaches, Walt’s Fish Mkt and grocery stores. Paul is great to deal with and very attentive to ensuring a pleasurable stay.

Yearly vacation

The week of vacation was fantastic. The house was very clean, more than enough room throughout the whole house. The pool area outside was great. Overall we had a great time staying here.

I came to the Siesta Key area by happenstance. My son enrolled in IMG Academy in nearby Bradenton to pursue his dream of playing professional baseball and we took the opportunity to get to know the surrounding area.

We fell in love with Siesta Key and have been spending more and more time here.

The people, the variety of dining experiences, the beach, the ocean... What more can I say?

Why they chose this property

We looked for several months before we were lucky enough to purchase this beautiful home. Its oversized pool, perfect location (it's at the north end of the key so you avoid most of the traffic), proximity to the village and beach (less than a mile), as well as the quiet, serene neighborhood. You really couldn't ask for more.

What makes this property unique

First and foremost is the oversized pool. The Key and surrounding areas are amazing but sometimes you just want some privacy and serenity. That's what 229 Ogden gives you!

It's close enough to all the attractions but gives you the flexibility to duck out and enjoy the peace and quiet with your loved ones.
