Siesta Key Retreat with Private Pool & Spa - Minutes to Village and Beach

Relax at this 3BR/2.5BA Siesta Key home with a private saltwater pool and spa, surrounded by lush palms and a private fenced yard. Optional pool and spa heat is available for $250 per week. The poolside patio and Weber gas grill make outdoor living easy.

The home is on the north end of the island: about 5 minutes to Siesta Village and 7 minutes to Siesta Beach, with quick access on and off Siesta Key.

The home sleeps 8 with a king master suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom with two twin beds, a double-bed loft, and a sofa bed. Guests also have fast WiFi, a 75-inch TV with major streaming services, central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and smart-lock self check-in.

You'll have the entire home to yourself, including the private pool and spa, poolside patio, Weber grill, garage parking and driveway. Parking is limited to 4 cars, with no street parking.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave towels in the bathtub and any beds that been slept in unmade.

Put all furniture back in the location it was found.

Notify host of any maintenance issues.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

One external camera at the entry way to verify guests and no pets. No other cameras are in the house.

Late checkout fee of $100/hr if not checked out by 10am et.

We came to the Siesta Key area when our son enrolled in IMG Academy in nearby Bradenton to pursue his dream of playing professional baseball and we took the opportunity to get to know the surrounding area.

We fell in love with Siesta Key and have been spending more and more time here.

The people, the variety of dining experiences, the beach, the ocean... What more can I say?

Why they chose this property

We looked for several months before we were lucky enough to purchase this beautiful home. Its oversized pool, perfect location (it's at the north end of the key so you avoid most of the traffic), proximity to the village and beach (less than a mile), as well as the quiet, serene neighborhood. You really couldn't ask for more.

What makes this property unique

First and foremost is the oversized pool. The Key and surrounding areas are amazing but sometimes you just want some privacy and serenity. That's what 229 Ogden gives you!

It's close enough to all the attractions but gives you the flexibility to duck out and enjoy the peace and quiet with your loved ones.
