Perfect Family Getaway!

This home was perfect and super easy too! The owner were gracious and had thought of everything you'll need for a great trip to the River! We enjoyed the spacious house, clean pool, fun game room, and easy access to the River. Highly recommend!

Pool House

We enjoyed our stay but did encounter a couple issues upon checkin. The twin bed in the master is cracked and broken, large rip in the couch, crooked headboard in another bedroom, tiles on island falling off if you got near it, and the pool was filthy. There was no pool net to clean the debris in the pool and water was pretty cloudy. We did reach out about a few issues and the response was pretty delayed and no apology's or offering to fix any of the problems. We've stayed with integrity properties multiple times, so this was a little disappointing. Other than that, the house itself was very nice and large. We loved the location and the views at sunset were spectacular. With a little fixing up and a good deep clean this house would be a 5 star.

Perfect Vacation Rental- Close To Everythinf

This Home has everything. Across the street from the river, and centrally located to restaurants and Havasu. The house is very comfortable and clean. My family enjoyed night swimming in the pool & playing with the games in the game room . I will definitely rent here again.

Awesome property

This property is very accommodating and we loved it! The only thing that I would have planned for better was knowing the closest grocery store is 19 minutes away. I will 100% rent this property again😊

Super rad!

Had a great time on our first rental vacation home experience! We have typically stayed at Blue Water Resort but this allowed us to spend so much more quality time! Thank you Trisha for everything! Your service was exceptional. Looking forward to booking again for next year!

Colorado River Weekend

Great house and large enough that 8 guys don’t feel crowded at all. Pool is a nice feature after a day in the sun. Two living rooms to watch your favorite team play or sit back and enjoy a movie. Game room is a nice place to hang out and have some fun.

Beautiful home and area

The house was so roomy and comfortable for my adult kids and our dog. The pool was so fun and the game room was a family favorite! The house is so considerately stocked incase you may have forgotten anything. Location is absolutely beautiful and I personally loved the decorative choices, very family friendly and inspiring. Management was very responsive, helpful, and kind. I will definitely be coming back to this property…being pet friendly was huge in deciding on this property as well, my dogs first road trip and she did great and loved the backyard.

Unfortunately the AC broke the 1st night and we were moved to another house in Havasu which was so small didn't even accommodate my family..We made the best out of our vacation but definitely was a Debbie downer..

The property was everything we envisioned from the photos plus more! We will be going back. We’d like to make this home a family vacation tradition. Pool was the cherry on top! You have to drive to the community picnic/river access area BUT it’s worth the 1-2 minute downhill drive because the view from the house on the top of the hill is so worth it. Also, the river access picnic/river area is nice. This is a property that deserves recognition.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful. So spacious and well set. The big kids had so much fun in the game room. The view from the pool is amazing!! I had two small issues but Lyla was took care of them ASAP. She check in with me to make sure everything was taken care of. The house sits up in a hill so if you are a runner bring your shoes you would want to hit that hill. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood quite. I would definitely recommend this house and I would totally book again.

Setting the Bar

This was our first stay at this property, WILL NOT BE our last ! Had the privilege of staying here over Labor Day Weekend and wish we could’ve stayed for another week. Property manager was accommodating and available, but not overbearing. Home was well appointed, plenty of parking off the pavement. Day use launch less than 2 minutes away when you’re ready for the river, awesome pool and game room / bar when your off the water. This one set the bar for us as far as vacation rentals go, going to be very hard to beat !
