We stayed 4 nights for the country music festival. The accommodations were suitable for our visit. Don't look for anything fancy. If that's what you are looking for this is not the place for you.

Falling apart rm 404

Rm 404 had pieces falling off the ceiling, filthy bathroom, food prints on microwave. I took photos but can't upload.

It was fine for a short stay

Our host was kind and attentive; answered whenever we called for the lock. But I would recommend doing a little more to the property. There’re some repairs or additions that will help improve. Such as, incomplete paint work and wall decals, cracks on ceilings, no hand towels or paper towels, mismatched tiles, dust and cobwebs, linens smelled, pillows stained. We also found a razor on the side of the drawers. I chose the location based on closeness to boardwalk but noticed that there were others closer.

The location is perfect for connecting to the boardwalk. The condo itself does need some TLC, but it was clean, and it was okay for the 2 nights we stayed. A/C worked well, as well as the lights, fans, shower, and the TV. Did not try to work other items, so I have no comment on the microwave, coffee pot, or the stove. Make sure you bring your hand towels, your bath towels, t-paper, soaps, etc (this is in the instructions when you book) The elevator up to the 4th floor was slow to open and shut, and we almost got stuck inside. The pool had the right temperature with enough chairs. The BBQ grill seemed to be giving the person trying to grill a hard time, so be mindful of the grill issues. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway!

Great short getaway! Not far to get to the beach and other places. Condo is on the smaller side and needs some updates, but otherwise suited us just fine!
