Newly remodeled. Great area walking distance to the Lake. The Heights Park is only a few blocks away. Bring your fishing poles and ice shanties and hang out on the lake. Also, Cross Country Skiing is fabulous here. Hanson Hills is a skip and a hop away to go tubing or skiing. Whatever your pleasure I am sure you will find something to do.

Great Experience

This was my first time renting a vacation home. It was wonderful. Included anything and everything needed. Super clean and comfortable, quite a homey feeling. I highly recommend this property. Added bonus was the live music from the Tavern across the street

Great Getaway

The property was located in the perfect location for our family. Close enough to enjoy Houghton Lake, a great neighborhood and area to ride our bikes or go for a walk and easy access to Higgins Lake and the rest of "up North." Property was very clean and well equipped with what we needed for our stay. Would recommend for anyone interested in staying in that area.

4th of july

Great spot for the 4th of July. 10 minute walk to the small beach/park, located across the street from a pub with live music (nice perk) and amazing views from the park for all the fireworks across the lake, as well as great fireworks in the neighborhood right from the back yard. I'd recommend.
