Enjoy a peaceful stay in our fully furnished cabin. Located only a few houses from the lake. Watch the beautiful sunset or even take your boat out. This cabin has all of the amenities you could possible need for a peaceful getaway with your family or friends.

Houghton Lake is the perfect place to get away, offering year round entertainment. Come see the biggest Inland lake in Michigan! Whether you want a relaxing day on the water or to take a ride on the 6,100 miles of Michigan’s public trails. There is no better place than our rustic cabin to escape with friends and family. All genuine, Amish made log furniture throughout, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, sun room, wood stove, and two futons. Enjoy a fun night around the bonfire. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise in our cute, little sun room. A large garage is also on the property where you can store your boat, ATV, or snowmobiles during your stay. Located near some of the nicest golf courses Michigan has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and garage. There are rental places surrounding the entire lake. You have the option to paddleboard, kayak, or rent a pontoon, all within a mile of the cabin.

Weekend getaway

Had everything my husband and I needed for our stay… Check-in was easy. The host contacted us and let us check in a half hour early. He even turned on the lights so we could see… Nice, quiet neighborhood (for November).

Rustic Cabin

The full bed was in bad location, up against wall. Living rom had several entry points with step up/down, hazardous. Not many windows opened. On positive note clean rooms, bedding, towels, and supplies adequate.
