Located in the village's former seminary, this charming one-bedroom apartment (the owners' main residence) is on the ground floor. The main room is divided into a kitchen and a living/dining area. A laundry room with a boiler, fridge-freezer, and microwave is also included. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), storage space, and an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate toilet. There is no terrace (except in the shared courtyard). Wi-Fi internet access is provided. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. A private parking space is available outside the building. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for an additional fee from the agency at the time of booking). The apartment must be left clean (a cleaning service is available for a fee). An inventory is taken upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
