Family Size Home minutes from shopping and Freeways.
4 Bedroom home with lots of living and playing space. There is a semi-formal living room and separate dining room, and a family room downstairs as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs theres a loft equipped with 4 theatre chairs and an 80 inch TV. The master bedroom has an addition to it that has a sectional and a 75 inch TV with surround sound as well as a master bath with separate tub and shower. There is a smaller room that is dedicated for an office or study that has a desk, and an air mattress. Washer/Dryer located upstairs and the kitchen is fully equipped with stove refrigerator dishwasher and double sink. The kitchen also had lots of newer cookware as well as bakeware, dishes silverware and spices. Everything you need to come in and make yourself at home. The backyard boasts a deck and outdoor chimney. There is ample parking in the front: 2 cars in the driveway and 2 in front of the house.
