At the foot of the medieval and royal city of Loches, about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the historic centre, La Citadelle 4* campsite welcomes you in a green, wooded setting, between preserved nature and exceptional heritage.



Close to shops and restaurants, and with stunning views of the majestic Collégiale Saint-Ours, the location is ideal for radiating in the region of the south Val de Loire. The campsite even becomes a strategic base: Chenonceau, Amboise, the Beauval ZooPark, Tours or the Futuroscope are all within an hour... What if you stay longer?

Aquatic space

After strolling through the medieval streets of the Royal City of Loches, take a refreshing break from the campsite's aquatic area:

• An indoor pool, perfect when the sun is shy.

• An outdoor pool, ideal for enjoying the beautiful summer days.

• The Pentagliss double track for nice slides!



Set yourself comfortably on the 600 m2 of beaches, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and let yourself go for relaxation, whether to sunbathe, read or simply enjoy the setting.



Dates and opening times of the aquatic area:

• All season from 10am to 8pm

• Heated indoor swimming pool: From 03/04 to 20/09

• Outdoor heated pool: Open from the end of April to 20/09 subject to good weather conditions



NB: Bathing shorts prohibited. Only boxers and swimwear are allowed. Swimming unattended.

Animations and Activities

In low season, place to tranquility... But as early as July, La Citadelle campsite takes life at the rhythm of summer activities in a warm and family atmosphere!



Three nights a week, meet with family or friends around friendly and festive outdoor activities. Driven Karaokes, live concerts with music groups, or theme meals... the good mood is always there.



The campsite has various activities : table tennis, pétanque, playground and pedal karting (surcharge at 6 €/h). Enjoy a pleasant and entertaining stay!



Mini Club (5-11 years old): from 06/07 to 24/08, every morning from Monday to Friday, in a space specially designed for them.

Services

Services are available all season from 03/04 to 20/09 from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.



Start the day with the pleasure of a crunchy baguette or a croissant just out of the oven, thanks to the bakery-veinnoiserie point, where you can order your favourite breads and delicacies the day before. A small grocery store of basic necessities is at your disposal at the reception, for your last minute purchases: fresh products, drinks and everyday items.



For your meals, sit comfortably on the restaurant terrace and enjoy homemade dishes: pizzas, salads, burgers or gourmet desserts. Are you more like a quiet meal on the terrace of the mobile home? Takeout service is for you.



During the day and evening, the bar becomes the place to share a drink with family or friends. At nightfall, the atmosphere is animated by the rhythm of karaoke, concerts and theme evenings held on site.



Other services available:

• A laundry room with washing machines and dryer.

• Group barbecues with grill (prevent coal, use according to prefectural authorization).

• Free Wi-Fi is available in 3 areas of the estate: reception, restaurant and water.



Not to mention the historic city centre of Loches, with its restaurants and shops, just 900 metres on foot.
